Orbis needs a way to disagree and show their dissent of posts. We need a tool to show we don't support an announcement or a new judgement or something of that sort. The game becomes stagnant if the admins don't understand what the game wants and what it does not. While all current reactions are ""Yes, I agree" or "That is funny" or "I support this", we lack a reaction which says "Frick off" or "No one likes you dummy". The proposal: Add a new reaction called "Downvote". It can look like this: It's effect will be lowering the reputation of the post(and in general of the poster overall). This will give politics a whole new dynamic where you might wage wars because people down-voted you. It will also have an effect where communities can mass-downvote people to make them look dumb. It will give Orbis a rebellious voice as well as can be used for targeted Dumb Person Attacks.

From our time together in Pantheon, to fighting one another in Knightfall to being allies in Dial Up you guys have always been a great community who enriched the game so its sad to see you move on, but I'm glad a bunch of you are still with us in in IronFront and the rest of our new bloc. I mean she's not wrong, Coalition A has a bunch of alliances who've obviously reached their death clock, just sadly AK also seems to have reached theirs. Celebrating the demise of a coalition partner of yours.... Nice mate totally a good look, not like you lot are concerned with PR anyway. Nothing strange about it, they picked a theme of a unit which was entirely clean of any war crimes in an army which was clearly Anti-Communist to its core. Drawing comparisons between Anti-Communist forces in WW2 and present day political movements through Europe and the US is at best an attempt to slander said groups or at worse distortion of history. Thankfully Communism is consigned to the scrapheap of history where it rightfully belongs despite the lamentations of its meager crew of brainwashed Idiots.

Greetings Gentle Folk of Orbis, Ever since the conception of Great Job! Charlie and myself have been trying to do various things to keep this game entertaining for us and others. When we created Soup Kitchen we wanted to do various events/projects/material and call them 'Community Outreach Programs'. Information on the first Community Outreach Program can be found here. Alright so I guess I'll ask a question then, why now exactly? I've been on the forums for maybe half a year and commented on multiple forum reports, some of which have been taken down by mods, I have also been warned by mods in the past, so why is this being brought up now? Especially since you have actually quoted me in posts and argued with me on more than one occasion . Also if that's the case then what exactly is the point of the Leader Name: _________ right below everyone's name? The main reason I haven't had my leader name and my forum username the same is because of that. If you can not look below the username and see the leader name and the nation link, then frankly, I am concerned for you. I can't exactly remember if the forum specified when you made an account that it needed to be your Leader's name, but I believe it said that the information on the bottom needs to be correct.

Just to point out, nations that are either gray or beige don't pay taxes at all, no matter the tax bracket they're in. Thus, if someone's sending food to gray or beige nations in the hopes of improving their taxable commerce output, then all they're doing is subsidizing piracy and that's not against the rules (but isn't doing what they're hoping it would).

Not randomly; a decent number of them who wanted to play the game still has come to us. I'm friends with a few gov members as well so they joined. If you felt like tracking AK members you'd see another decent number of them went to other alliances. In total we gained 18 members which is less then half of AK's member count. From my understanding AK members and gov no longer wanted to deal with petty BS, and wanted to join a fun loving, chill community, which happened to be IronFront.

-larations. Unless I am mistaken, the character limit of war declarations has recently been reduced, and personally I feel it should be reverted to how it was before. Forty characters is simply not enough space to write out a proper cassus belli from one nation to another. Just as an example, the title of this thread is only forty characters, and it's not enough space to communicate a full thought. I would suggest doubling the limit to 80 characters at least, which is still 60 less characters than twitter's original character limit of 140. Mods / Alex, could you explain this recent change - what was the reasoning behind only allowing forty characters in war declarations, and would it be troublesome to increase the character limit? Thanks.
