  1. I know Sphinx and TheNG are the negotiators for one side, who are the ones on the other? Perhaps instead of this public shit show that's just going in circles its time to let them work together privately to move towards a solution. Leave the hot-heads out of it and have an actual adult conversation about it. One side wanting a surrender before giving terms, and another side wanted to know the full list of terms is not a hard problem to solve. An example of this can be as simple as the representatives agreeing that the first term will be a surrender and no public statement of such will be given until the rest of the terms are decided upon. There's also different variations of such. The point is that it's a simple thing to fix in a conversation between a handful of people versus the public theater of these forums. I'm using the idea of "theater" very loosely here. It currently more closely represents the drunk crazy guy on the corner yelling at the street light. Don't have the limitations of "We'll ask you at the beginning of each month if you surrender, if not another month of war", or whatever exactly it is/was. We need a little dose of maturity, civility, or whatever you want to call it. Sure, trust has been hurt on both sides and some real bad blood will likely remain. But as things are, I feel like the person who wins this war is actually the side who actually makes some steps towards civility. You can be enemies and still civil. I know that I've not always acted that way in the past, but take that as I understand why it is important to take the gloves off and have an actual conversation. I'm not saying you have to end the war if you guys don't want to. It's your war. But the reason for the hang up is stupid. Either let the people negotiating solve it, because it's farking easy to solve, or keep warring and stop trying to convince one another your shit doesn't stink.

  2. It doesn't really matter. There was enough justification as Pop said to hit you If anything, your previous taking advantage of them was the problematic aspect in the first place as it was just based on someone new getting hit hard(lol). Limited involvement in a coalition war is pointless and they don't even care about those niceties. They're happy to get the targets as raid targets ran out. Well there has to be some reason people don't want to take your word for it. Maybe it's because they've been told similar things in the past and then people revealed they weren't actually representative of TKR's opinions? Smith and DIo aren't comparable. Smith has been at the forefront of TKR FA before and definitely has Adrienne's ear. He was a public face of TKR for mulitple years and people still see him as such. Dio has had people's ears but he's never been at the same stature as Smith with regards to shaping FA or being perceived as the face of NPO. The leadership has always been out there and Smith in all likelihood has provided Adrienne with tutelage and guidance and he has been prominent via Smofftopia and other things showing his involvement in FA with TKR's allies. Um, she's used the fact that she may have not intended to act right away in the war as a way to qualify her statements. All of the reports were she'd act whenever it was time and it'd be soon after she locked BK down or after she beat BK. She may have been looking for a bigger opening in the future if she wasn't 100% confident, but the sentiment was there that there was enough tension for her to pursue it and an NPO in relative isolation while TKR would be riding high off a victory and renewed political capital and perhaps even a mondo Chaos merger, was just too much to stomach. We didn't have decent relations with KETOGG lol. They knew about the plans to hit them but they were all attributed to me solely so it was going to come out that I was pushing to follow them either way. They didn't know about the individual grudges some people had but were already aware about the composition issues I had with it so they also jumped on that knowledge after and it became "Roq is out to get us and kill us off and he manipulated pwoor little tS into everything. He is awful and we hate him". As I said, KETOGG hasn't really cared about my concerns since they aren't beneficial for KETOGG to care about. It's in the way KETOG's interest to consolidate its power in the way it wants to as they had pretty much deliberately been collecting heavy hitters. They don't owe me anything and they've never operated in such a fashion. The part about Fark is more about not entering sooner as the situation would have been avoided by entering mere days earlier when it would have been better to do so as there was quite a bit of enthusiasm for fighting and I don't think Fark cares as much as you think they do on that since they mostly were trying to prevent WTF from being alone in that obligation. At the end of the day, we've already proven we didn't have it as a goal to pixel hug while everyone else burned and have gone above and beyond to bring about a satisfactory outcome to the war. We didn't use anyone as a meatshield. If anything, we are the ultimate meatshield but the idea of being a meatshield is stupid anyway in this game. The main players on our side will usually take the biggest hits baring super high infra in smaller alliances(usually accounts for discrepancy) and less experienced players quitting. As for Chaos, we don't really have anything in common with Chaos at all and the hostility would still be there with us in an especially vulnerable position. Chaos was also up in the air with possible disbandments/mergers and the only people who clashed with other groups were likely to take a back seat in mergers, so it'd just be your gov which courted every other group. The rose claims are specifically because they know have to prove otherwise. Everyone else aware of it thinks what I do and I was even told the new leader had pledged to do away with the shadow gov. Rose cannot be considered wholly separate from KETOG until the issue is dealt with and every government will find itself dealing with the claims of shadow gov being in charge. I'm sure mhearl and others are fully aware of this. Just because I have the balls to write about it here doesn't mean it's not a widely-known thing. I already put forth a lot of examples where we had to cover for tS who were living on easy street instead of just doing what was in the immediate interest of BK and others. They snapped the cord when it became clear they were seceding from N$O unilaterally by signing additional alliances under extremely unacceptable circumstances and it could no longer be done. They always had priority over other alliances as long as they didn't try to override our ability to defend ourselves against actual threats. We posed enough of a deterrent to coalition B to not pursue the grievances over a bunch of things much sooner and they had typically felt their hands were tied by our presence. When we could no longer justify fulfilling such a role, what happened happened. Ultimately, before we entered BK faceplanted on the defensive and everyone knows that they had already sold their infra, so BK wasn't exactly riding high either way. Simply the fact that everyone thinks that Aragorn can be an !@#$ at times(even himself) just doesn't override all other strategic interests. Helping someone who isn't easy for people to get along with is sometimes simply better than facilitating their destruction and risking worse people in a threat sense coming to power. The TKR forum post specifically says they will continue to collaborate with their former allies(two of whom were already paperless for over a year.) If you had created Chaos without TKR, you would have retained the standing as an outside of the box maverick type group that CoS/SK had before allying TKR, so it's not my fault you made yourself into a target that way. You knew it would be shots fired. These aren't actual peace talks and besides, peace is a lie and WAR IS REAL(a few people will get this reference).

  4. There isn't really much to read... If you need a recap, I'll give you that. Basically... Who wants to end the war!? Community: We do! Moderates on both sides: It might be time. Extremists: HECK NO! Coalition B: We can have peace at any time! Coalition A: All right, what needs to happen for peace? Coalition B: You need to surrender. It's non-negotiable... Coalition A: What are your terms for ending the war? Coalition B: Oh no, you surrender first and THEN we'll talk. Coalition A: ...We would like to know what the terms are first that go with the surrender before we will admit defeat. Coalition B: HAHAHAHAHA! Oh no, that's not how this works. We've already bent over backwards for you guys and made concessions and we WON'T be making anymore. Coalition A: ...By forcing us to surrender BEFORE we can start talking to you? Coalition B: Don't think you hold the morale high ground in this debate! If you can't accept the simplest of terms, we have nothing to say! Coalition A: ...We don't even have terms to consider beyond surrender first before we talk? Coalition B: I see that you guys want perma-war! So be it! But hey! We can have peace at any time! Community: *And then the topic went on various rants about how ridiculous each side is being, how each side is seeking hegemony and the leaders of their respective sides are the root of all evil in this game. That's pretty much all there is to the discussion and sums up where we are right now.

  6. TKR’s inclusion was heavily debated on before and during Chaos-creation talks. Their hesitation was that they didn’t want to abandon their current allies. However, the rest of us wanted nothing to do with TCW and also wanted the bloc to be smaller in size. So the requirement was for them to drop their current allies. The resolution was that we would protect TCW for 30 days while they figured their crap out. But you are incorrect with your narrative that CoS colluded with TKR to create a power sphere with TCW/KETOG/Everyone other than NPO. We wanted to destroy hegemonies, not build them up. In fact, if we ever got too big/powerful it is written in the bloc charter that we would disband. Chaos all stemmed from Soup approaching CoS about a treaty and it expanded from there (the reason why it wasn’t brought up in Adrienne’s announcement is that we asked to keep our alliance a secret until we founded). Like we stated before, the goal was to push a reset button on the political landscape. At the end of the day your side fricked up by colluding against us and continue this hypocritical narrative that we were the ones colluding. I kind of feel bad, because you guys (NPO) are obviously smart and aren’t necessarily the ones responsible for the cluster that was created. But the alliances you chose to sleep with continue to make mistake after mistake, and you attempting to spin their mistakes are only making you look bad. Again, it’s tough to blame you as you don’t have much to work with narrative-wise.

  7. At the current rate this is mostly a benefit for very big alliances who can afford it and for whom it's a vast discount on members getting individual membership. It should instead be based on the number of members that it would give VIP status to. Say Credits needed = number of members / 3.

  13. The ability to use up city improvements slots with stuff like airports, hotels and national landmarks would really make the game more realistic for example this could lead to you being able to make money from this I do have a few ideas for the cost of these new buildings Airport (regional) - 250,000 cash and 100 steel Airport (international) 500,000 cash and 250 steel Hotel - 150,000 and 50 steel This could add to commerce or a new tourism rating which could be introduced

  16. We're a large alliance too and still suggested it. Should an alliance of 100 and an alliance of 50 both have to pay 30 credits? Doesn't make a lot of sense and it is skewed in favor of larger alliances. Member count is a pretty fair equalizer in my opinion.

  17. Hi. We didn’t disagree with the information shared to us, we simply disagreed with the course of action they went with. NPO were told under what conditions we (HS) would have been fine with if they entered the war, albeit this was post declaration, whereas tS was firmly against expansion throughout.

  21. I'm not really sure what you're trying to accomplish here, if you know that this is against the rules, and you just had a 2 day suspension over it, I don't know what you're expecting besides another lock and another warn point. I stand by what I said; there's enough sexism in the world already, and we don't need to tolerate it here. You don't have to use the forums, and if this is what you're going to use them for, I don't think you should. Also, just noticing this bit: I don't really see how women are displayed in-game at all, and I'm also not sure why you would say that I am a "known creep" either. But I guess it's whatever you have to say to sell your righteous, triumphant revolution on the forums, eh?

  22. Welcome to The Enclave Radio. I am your President, Citrus Track. What is Freedom, my fellow Americans? What does it mean to be free? We are the people who bleed liberty and eat loyalty. We are Americans. We need not be afraid of anything, for we make up The Enclave. Americans across the states will know of our name, for we will tell them. For too long we have avoided the New California Republic. For too damned long. We have avoided their watchful gaze, just waiting for the moment to enact our judicial vengeance. They won’t remember our name… we’ll make sure that none of them survive. For we are the Enclave. It is my duty, as the president of The Enclave to do what is right for The Enclave. What is right for my fellow Americans. Now, you may be asking how I became President. Well, much like every other President, I was voted into office. I was voted in by those who are in the know. When will the leadership change, you may be asking. And that, my fellow Americans, is a good question. I will remain the president of The Enclave until all of my duties as president have been fulfilled. No matter how long it takes to get them done. Now onto different talks. Recently, Fiji and I, your faithful leaders of The Enclave, spoke to each other. We came upon a conclusion. The Enclave was strong enough. We plan on revolting on the New California Republic. Not for ourselves, but for the droves of Americans that died in the process. We will not bow to these unruly beings. We will not stagger when it comes to killing these malformed monstrosities. We will swiftly and quickly exterminate the New California Republic. But we need your help. It is not a war of two men versus the diseased, but rather, it should be a war between Americans, and those too corrupted to dream. America was born on the dream of men. The Enclave will continue to achieve that dream. We will take back the homeland, and we will not be conquered. We will not be vanquished. We will not hide anymore. There’s a time for us to rise, and that time is now! We, the American people, will fear naught what they have done to others. The only thing to fear is this dystopian world, is fear itself. We will not be run over, we will not give up. TL;DR The Enclave declares it’s defiance. The Enclave Declares war on the New California Republic! Welcome to The Enclave Radio. It is your President, Citrus Track. As many of you already know, with the help of our most faithful of subordinates, we have vanquished the New California Republic. As I have been quoted on saying, we have nothing to fear, but fear itself. And, we showed that the New California Republic should have feared us. We care not for their remains, as most of them are being burned. You may cook food over the heat if you must. But, my fellow Americans, we have reached the dawn of something new. The dawn of the era of The Enclave. We have shown those vile villains their place in this world. Six feet under the ground. Pure Americans walk our native ground once more. There is nothing but us and this lovely earth. Sadly, hundreds of Americans were lost during the fighting. But, for each of those Americans, another year of success was born. For those Americans, we must continue to thrive. We are the Enclave, and we have nothing to hide. Now, onto an update about our weaponry. With the defeat of the New California Republic, we’ve decided that we need to change how we attack things. I mean that in the most literal sense. We have decided that it would be in the best interest of the American dream to use radiation-based weaponry against our enemies. They were consumed by the radiation, and now, they will be killed by it. TL;DR The Enclave forms! We are protected by Farkistan. Signed for The Enclave Citrus K Track Fiji F God Signed for Farkistan Souparmon If you want to talk to us about foreign affairs matters, enter our Discord server Please be warned though, if you have bad timing, Citrus will throw orange juice into your eyes. I would also like to quickly say… screw you Sean! You said you were going to join this alliance… but nooooo. You just had to delete, you asshat. You rude rude piece of crud… I loved you man Why’d you do me like that? Anyway, our flag is below.

  23. Hail Hydra. This has been an epic ride. ( Proceeds to tell life story ) When I first got into this game, about 3 years ago, I was a communist nation. I joined Acadia, took out a couple grants, then left. I got hit hard by raids, and then quit due to too little time to play and life problems (foreshadowing). Even through that little encounter, I met many people and was fascinated how I could interact with complete strangers. I still look back at that experience today as sort of the seed I was planting to get to this point. Anyways, Around spring of last year, I remembered politics and war. The game where you could make your own nation, and control your own success. I knew summer would be coming pretty soon, and I knew I was going to be bored. So I made an account. “Taash” is the name of the nation. I thought up a whole backstory, and for the first month I really worked hard on that nation. I decided it was time to join an alliance. So, after finding out TKR wasn’t the best choice (imagine that) I found (with the help of people on discord) Typhon. I applied, and got in. I loved how everything was set up and quickly grew to 2k using their grants and such. I met many amazing people there, who would help me along my journey. As soon as I got in, I was greeted by someone called Evernt. I had no clue who this was, and I said hi back. After talking for a while, I managed to squeeze a few thousand tons of aluminum out of him for free. After talking more and more, he gave me a few tips on how I could make my nation better, and I used them. Over the next month he would become the closest friend I had on P.a.W. We often stayed up late talking about the happenings, the things Typhon could do, and how we would eventually rule the game. After talking with him when I initially joined, I found out he was a gov member. A power hungry new member, ( I think we can all relate ) I went straight to the top of the food chain to the commander of Typhon, Zephyr. I already had some ideas on how to improve the alliance, and he ( after long talks ) game me a position of “Community Affairs”. I accepted, and made many small changes around the alliance, so I felt I was making a difference. But I was never quite satisfied with what I was doing, and at that time I (wrongly) thought I was really being taken for granted. I am highly motivated, and I thought to myself I could do what Typhon did, replicate their success even better. I felt with my qualities, I could be the leader of one of the most successful alliances in game. So, I drew up ideas, and started working. My logo, my values, everything about my alliance would be perfect. Everything would be thought out, and then I would launch. I just needed a time. It just so happened, Evernt was thinking about leaving too. He was talking to someone called Nokia. Turns out, they were making an alliance too, which was perfect. “Hydra” (my alliance) and “The Coal Mines” (their alliance) would be linked throughout Hydras life. So, I had a time, and place. But I wasn’t going to just launch it. I needed allies, so I looked around and got some M level treaties, as well as a protector, USN. I haven’t talked to them in forever, but Matrix was always supportive. So, I had what I needed, friends, protectors, an idea. All I had to do was make it. So on the first of July, Hydra was born. I quickly got applications, and set up a truly state of the art discord compared to many of the ones I have seen. We grew pretty slowly in the beginning. But things picked up quick and we got to 15k fast. The workload was insane, I had to be everywhere at once. Then one day someone joined. He would go on to become my second in command, and help me through a lot of problems. SandmanWarrior713. He quickly grew from nothing into a powerhouse, grinding on baseball for hours. I admired his work ethic. He never got enough credit for his sacrifices, and I see that now. Hydra was my brainchild, but it was Sandman who really took it to the next level. If you have someone who is under appreciated, it may be a coworker, mother, family member,... make sure they know how much they mean to you. Because I feel like I never did with sandman. With that being said, him and I worked closely to get through many problems. We got up to 40k, and everything was going smooth. We were top 50, we reached our goal of getting out of that slum of less then 50, and things looked bright. Then School started. Realize, I had been on politics and war every day for around 3 hours, working on problems, keeping everyone in line. Now that school was starting, I couldn’t do that anymore. I made and announcement to everyone, warned them I wouldn’t be on as much anymore, and people seemed pretty fine with it. But with sports and school, I soon found it went from me on discord and politics and war for 3 hours every day, to 2... to 1.... to only on weekends... then to not at all. And with family issues and my dads health problems taking more time off, I stopped completely. And that was the relative beginning of the end. I checked in once every 2 weeks, and Sandman was doing great. So I took more time off. I forgot about it. Then one day, I checked discord. White names. Hundreds of notifications. I knew what happened, and I pushed it away for a week. But I couldn’t stop thinking about it. So today, I got on. Faced my fears. And It was true. The thing I spent hundreds of hours on making... was dead. I scrolled through the discord. Saw many of my former members saying “bye” or “hail Hydra” before leaving. And to be honest, I choked up a little. I spent so long on making this, and the slow and painful death I gave it it did not deserve. No one deserved it. Not Sand. Not my officers. Not my members. It hurt me to think about it, me not making time to keep it alive. But everything must die eventually. There are many metaphors which this can apply to. Sometime, one day, Alex will turn off the servers. One day, you, me, everyone with breathe one last time. And it turns out that I couldn’t stop it from happening, only a matter of when. People should know the story of Hydra, and there it is. Maybe not in its entirety, and I remember the many personal moments I shared with people on this game that brought us all together. I do not know what the future holds for me and this game. I may return again. As of the time of this post my nation is dying, but not altogether destroyed. I don’t know If I have the drive to keep it going. I guess we will see. But thank you to everyone who believed in Hydra, and everyone who worked, fought and helped it become a reality, it means everything to me. Hydras death was a suffocating one, one that it didn’t deserve in the least. Hail Hydra! - Sol

  25. This suggestion is bad b, namely because it seems to be a half baked hail marry someone came up with after just learning how population works without significant thought to what their changes would entail, or how they would interact with the existing mechanic. You could argue to put in this place and it would halt that age growth and reverse it, but is that a permanent reversal? How much can be reversed, can the bonus go negative? If it's temporary how long does it take to recover? How should the rate of increase from age be changed to accompany what you've proposed? If infrastructure is destroyed, how much, at what intervals, is there a limit where it stop, does the rate decrease as amount of infra does? If infra isn't maintained is land lost due to extreme pollution or destruction? What are the rates and intervals for this? If you run out of food for more than 2-3 turns (2-3 in game days) does the entire nation, even the government, start losing functionality? Do all improvements becomes unusable, taxes and resources no longer collected? Military units unbuyable, existing units unusuable? Do units, and spies, desert their posts? How many of this would you suggest, what levels or limits or rates would these occur at? If it's unreasonable that population doesn't decline from lack of food, it's surely unreasonable the questions i asked above aren't also true, yet you address none of these possibilities even if they directly relate to something you did suggest. It took me 2 minutes to come up with that list including the removal of vagueness from parts of your own suggestion. Put some thought into these, because yours is vague and seems half baked and unassure of itself. Running out of food could easily be a minor inconvenience as it is now or it could be as bad as bill-lock and anarchy in CN.

  32. It's wall or nothing my friend but oh boy here it comes. I don't see anything here beyond conjecture and circumstantial evidence at best if anything at all. If you really want to know how we chose the alliances we did, then it's quite simple. 1) We gave our members a survey on their impressions of alliances in Orbis because culture is one of the most important points of any treaty as you probably know. 2) We talked with lots of different alliances and found a few major options. 3) We discussed our goals, and came to the previously stated conclusions I almost fear responding to your points because it is creating a false equivalency between the facts that have been proven with logs, our declaration of existence and the people who actually have knowledge of our internal affairs versus your characterization (that is quite likely biased) of our alliances and taking more out of logs than is there. I don't doubt your ability to intuit, but I do doubt your ability to objectively analyze the facts (at least in your public statements). I mean, using your form of logic, I can rationalize Chaos as being formed to hit BK, KETOGG as a vehicle to hit Chaos, and citadel as a bloc formed to hit Camelot. There really isn't too much water in this argument especially when we try to generalize it to similar structures and find that the main theme here is a shared FA goal. KETOGG wished to maintain independence, Chaos wanted to create chaos and "press reset" as kev said (not some notion of revanchism nor depoliticization), citadel wanted to try something new among some of the smaller/medium-sized alliances. Also, a question here on the "IQ as a generic thing." If we weren't just focused on IQ, how come you have no evidence of our plans against NPO post-IQ breakup? I mean sure there are out-of-context logs and banter, but there are no plans. That seems to be a major flaw in that argument besides the fact that it wasn't even based in facts in the first place In the context of transparency, you can look at our bloc declaration. I have to yet to see us act against those philosophies. If niz didn't communicate that to you, then yes that is something we can work on, but I also posit that you most likely didn't listen (or didn't want to listen) to what she was saying. Also, we both know that Mitsu, Lordship and Smith getting rightfully annoyed at you and T$' games wasn't a buildup to anything you hadn't already engaged. Chaos is the last bloc you should list if you want to discuss who is threatening who. FYI they have no influence on our FA policy at all given that they are either non-gov or econ in the case of mitsuru. I won't engage the shadow gov argument because that is just plain disrespectful to Adrienne who AFAIK is the sole female leader of a strong alliance in Orbis. The only attention was directed at keeping you out. There are numerous logs or forum archives you can check to affirm this. Yes, when T$ entered that put a spotlight on you as well, but we had no interest to expand and have stayed consistent to that externally and internally. I don't think "bring it on" is a prelude to an attack rather it's by definition reactionary and defensive. As for your PR, it would've been much better because you would've affirmed the breakup of IQ which we were skeptical (albeit still believed for all intents and purposes in terms of actions). Also, that whole BK thing is just untrue because the only thing uniting our coalition were those logs, which we allowed that N$O weren't aware of. Consider that even if BK fell you'd be the most powerful sphere (although not necessarily so powerful as to invite anti-hegemony claims) and you'd be in a position where the coalition that took down BK would have a lot less in common with the loss of uniting logs post-BK fall. I think you fundamentally misunderstand how you and your allies should cooperate. This should be a healthy relationship not one based on power dynamics. It seems that your problems go much further than a lack of continuity of an FA head. It's important to note as well that Kayser is also as anti-TKR as they come, so it's not exactly a fair perspective. Concerning burned bridges, there shouldn't have been an obligation for you to help BK, so if they held that against you then that is assuming a broken obligation. Otherwise, it's just as baseless as those who get mad at Fark for not joining in the war. With any bloc that isn't BK (including your own allies), your PR is much worse. I'm not everyone. I'd like to believe I only operate on facts, a few guiding principles and ideals, and a healthy dose of optimism for the future of the game. My argument is still valid irrespective of what others say. What I'm saying is that you acting in your perceived interests is not actually helping your interests. And yes all of TKR FA is now like this. @Menhera and I are new players with a lack of prejudice against most alliances along with @Benfrowho is not really significantly tied or biased besides maybe some previous bank ties. This is the TKR FA team who can all claim this "innocence" . Just remember that when you're analyzing our actions because we are the ones who are advising Niz on her actions. I hope that more alliances, including NPO, shares our perspective in looking forward and moving past our past old grudges.

  35. I think it's a big problem that a single alliance has more than 400% the members of any other current alliance in existence without any regulation. It'd be the same if a person with a large social media following brought over some 10,000 followers into one alliance (completely hypothetical), but it's a huge problem since the overwhelming majority is located all in one alliance, under one government. It's not even about our "lack of recruitment" (I personally don't think we should have to do Sheepy's advertising for him in order to compete), but that having such a large umbrella of members under one government's disposal is absurd. It's not persecuting anyone for being good at recruitment, it's adding regulations to split up the power and add risks to having such a large member base, much like how corporations in real life are regulated. I also don't see how it'll kill player retention since the split of power is only in-game and I'm sure your community would still exist all on the same Discord platform, not to mention the increased demand for government positions would allow more of your members to get more involved in the game.

  36. It's more of the login once-every-few-weeks as instructed and yet don't do anything to their nations nor plan on it. I honestly don't know how to deal with it, but it's still an issue. It just seems like an exploitation of mechanics.

  37. In light of the Guinea Pig infestation that has taken Orbis, which renders benefits by the means of referral links to mass recruited nations that will most likely go inactive eventually once they've hit the 500 Score requirement and deposited the bonus. After that is done, I'd imagine the over 1.2k nations with 10 cities would serve nicely as tax subjects, as well as a means by which to keep a slot in the leaderboard with bloated and not necessarily active low score nations. Should they get raided despite the low score, the main alliance is likely to counter with the active percentage of the sub-alliance, making it harder for raiders and estabilishing a hegemony in the low tier. The way I see it, while the number of people in an alliance isn't really the problem here, though I believe a 300 member maximum is reasonable, GPWC in specific seems to be just the case I depicted from analysis, setting a precedent for other alliances to operate under the same premise, by which they can freely use this system to benefit themselves in a short amount of time. Such alliances should be monitored for various reasons, in order to avoid exploitation of in-game mechanics.

  38. Your argument doesn't apply in the first place, since you are saying smaller alliances should consolidate and merge, under a thread which is trying to prevent gigantic 1k+ member alliances from forming. An alliance with 1200 members isn't a "smaller alliance" now is it We are all for alliances merging, but this has hardly anything to do with that.

  41. "Hey, I have an idea! Sign this blank peace of paper saying you agree to anything in it! I know there is nothing on it right now, but after you sign it, we'll fill it in with terms and conditions that you have to abide by. It is the perfect contract!!!" That is what you are saying to Coalition A right now... And do you honestly realize how stupid it sounds? Do you honestly believe that anyone in their right mind is going to sign a blank piece of paper agreeing to something when NOTHING had been offered in terms of incentives to sign? News flash, Coalition B! People don't usually sign something without knowing what they are signing up for. Your request for our side to admit defeat and surrender to terms that haven't been put in place is honestly as pathetic as BKs ability to keep their allies close... If you want some form of a surrender, why don't you pull your heads out of the sand and offer something worth our time instead of wasting it? What's funny about this war is that I believe Coalition B was hoping to reestablish or form a new reputation of sorts? You guys are doing that quite lovely! *Insert sarcasm here*... With your 'admit defeat first, and THEN we'll talk'-stance, all I'm really seeing is the narcissistic, arrogant vanity of your leaders. Your Coalition, or at least a small group of people in it are so proud that they would sacrifice anything in their efforts to make themselves feel good. You can say I'm wrong and argue that is not the case here. If you do though, you MIGHT want to ask yourself why members of your own coalition are not only leaving it, but also turning against you and fighting the same coalition they were once apart of. You can blame Coalition A all you want to for that, but I can assure you it's not our fault you are at war with your own allies. Even if you guys win this war, the only reputation you'll have afforded to you when this is over is one of selfish vanity. You guys would rather win a war and lose EVERYTHING rather than accept defeat, or heaven forbid even think about white peace. That's the image I have of coalition B right now as just an average player, and I guarantee you that I'm not the only one.
