Banned players cannot make demands of the playerbase, not do they have "rights" within the game they are banned from. QED, Rose could say "they're banned too bad" and keep the money and they'd still be in the right.

This thread has made me grateful that healthcare in Canada is free at point of access. If I were an American, I would just have to hope that numerous maladies inflicted on me by reading this canceled each other out.

I'm just trying to follow your train of thought. So you assume we bank for Rose. So you attack us because Rose pissed you off. Thus, dealing no damage to Rose. Nor doing any harm to their bank. So even if you're assumption is accurate, your actions do nothing to help your case. What I'm saying is even if you're right, you lose. It's not a good position to be in. Perhaps you should think about that. I was merely pointing out the absurdity of taking a stand against unprovoked attacks, while making them yourself.

He recently had a 'partner', Leyaul, who was banned for multis and 'made a large deposit' to Rose on his behalf. Now he is intensely attacking us (ie getting ready to receive nukes) after attacking us to get Rose to give him his banned "partner's" ill gotten gains to him. Intuition tells me that when Leyaul was banned, admins did not get all of the multis, and Noctis is the same person. Furthermore, Noctis and Nicolai were banned in CN as multis. Apparently they are 'brothers' lol Please investigate. In the meantime, I will work on my atom tan. ... He's got active wars because he attacked Medellin, a Protectorate of TCW, so I ordered counters. Also Noctis mate for your own sake take a break come back refreshed and maybe you'd be able to start putting things back together again, continually posting on the OWF isn't doing you any good. I offered to audit, even after the cheater attacked us for no reason. I asked for any evidence at all other than an opinion of how much @Noctis Anarch Caelum feels he is entitled to. He offered none whatsoever. he can't even trace from his own nation banking records any sums that he 'transferred' to Leyaul for deposit. Leyaul was banned for multis, so the funds were ill gotten anyway. Funny thing is that there is a lot of evidence that Noctis himself is a multi, so maybe he was Leyaul. So, for the first time since I landed on Orbis (like what 5 years ago), I reported. If Noctis and Leyaul are not the same person, then is it possible that Leyaul simply screwed Noctis? I mean, he's obviously not the sharpest spoon in the drawer. It explains why he thinks he would be entitled to the whole sum... Anyhow, Noctis' obvious shortcomings aside, Rose has no bank, and Yarr only occasionally holds on to small sums for them - we are a retirement community, and despite others' wrong opinions, we are not aligned to anyone. So, advice to all from a renowned auditor (myself): - If you deposit funds with someone, deposit it directly yourself via a transfer to an alliance bank. Duh. - If your name is attached to the sum, get a receipt. Duh. - If there is a dispute, I am happy to mediate - but it will be a fact based discussion, and proof of the above are the first questions I will ask. I promise as always to be relentless. Yarr are not pirates. We are retired. Finally, we will be taking our reps out of those illicit funds. So thanks for the stats lol

Knightfall was 105 days, and we'll likely smash through that record with this war. It's already the norm. As it turns out, repeated game balance changes to increase resource and cash revenues with no corresponding increase to the costs of their use via war causes an endless cycle of conflict fueled by virtually free money.

You probably wouldn't need to war Alexio and his alliance for it to disband.

So your argument is that your friend should be able to keep the cash he made on an account he was banned for when he makes his new account? It seems like you want us to go around a ban, and send money to someone who cheated from the account that they cheated on. It'd be like if Poohball came back to the game and was like "hey that money I stored with you wasn't spawned in like the money I was banned for was, so give it back its mine."

Like I said we are more than happy to give the banned nation the money back once they are unbanned. But I don’t see why I would give you the money if the nation whose money it is can’t even play the game.

I agree: there's just no real way to balance around an arbitrarily large community that hasn't already been implemented (score range and caps on war slots per nation). Thankfully, what we've got already is pretty much enough to allow quality to persevere and even prevail against quantity, so we're safe as long as no stupid suggestions are implemented. (We're not safe at all...)

It was more Alex changing the score system to ruin their low infra high mil build that defeated them. TC's military fumblings are akin to some sweaty highschooler trying to take his girlfriends bra off for the first time. Eventually you give up, and she takes care of it for you. That was Alex.
