  1. I am not really one to type something like this but I really hope it receives warm welcomes from the community. Cino who is my second in charge is currently going through health issues and I'd appreciate if people would lift him up in their prayers. It would really mean a lot to me, please lets lift his name up and pray for healing in the Lords name.

  2. You're trash. Your alliance is trash. Your protectorate is on a whole another level of trash and uselessness. Bite me.

  4. I forgot that CN veterans have the final say on how people on PnW should react. I'm sure people like Buorhann and Hodor would do well to remain quiet in the future otherwise who knows what'll happen to them. The majority of the "outrage" (if it can even be called that) is the score disparity between the two parties and their gross incompetence in actually achieving their tasks. If it's a raid, one of their main prioritises should be getting the treasure and not let Arrgh! take it. If it's a war, getting 8 unique nations out of 60 odd to declare war is downright humiliating. You're much better at dogpiling onto existing conflicts than attempting to lead one on your own.

  5. To be honest - would have never thought this thread would have made it to a 2nd page, let alone 4 pages. I just wanted to clarify some things for the masses: 1. I have always said what is on my mind, I don't believe in false formalities or bullshit beat around the bush conversations. Through my profession I've learned to be direct and to the point, why would I engage others differently than how I engage in real life - you get my honest opinion 100% of the time. 2. On Camelot. Camelot is and has always been trash - and that is my opinion. Whether or not you agree with me is up to you, I've had plenty of conversations including with Camelot government where they have always and will always be labeled as trash - their government always complains about the opinion 1 man advertises publicly and if they choose to be hurt by opinion, so what? 3. My accusations that BK/IQ sent these retards to hit TI were literally to stir the pot - regardless if they actually were or were not sent by BK bc BK had some vaginal pains after my post is whatever.....it doesn't matter. I cannot sit here and advocate for more action in this game and then be upset that action was made against me or my alliance, that would be god damn stupid. Claiming that someone is butthurt over being attacked very well might work in those top tier pixel counter alliances, but here in TI we take the hits and keep rolling - I could give 2 shits if you zeroed out my infra and maintained my nation at 0 infra for the rest of my time here - Im here for the people I enjoy and love - all this drama is the benefit. 4. Tip: If you're called trash - take a look at yourself (figuratively) in the mirror. Do you see trash? Yes - the you're trash. No? Then you're not trash. Stop playing into other's opinions of yourself and just do you boo. #CamelotisTrash

  8. God you're fricking retarded. That wasn't even a comment to you - it was a generalization about how the game is trash - but its OK - keep being a fricking dump. Such trash these days in camelot.

  10. Being called trash is a CB? Having an opinion is a CB? Grow the frick up, even him being an "ass" isn't enough of an excuse as to a gangbang him lol. Camelot just wants to be cool but the downvotes show exactly how shit we think they are, and they've been to the meta.

  13. Here's a tip: In politics and war: -If you call someone trash that means you're salty and they cry. -If you call someone out for calling someone trash you have a 50/50 shot of being upvoted or downvoted. -If you attack someone because they called you trash you're obviously trash because you attacked them (salty), you're trash because you did a horrible blitz, you're trash because you sent like 70 people, you're trash because everyone thinks you're trash but now has a reason to publicly say you're trash without worrying about getting in trouble. This game is trash. Welcome to Politics & War

However what happened after that is interesting so I'll post our chat here. I aint doing screenshots since that will be too tiresome. Enjoy!! ShepardN7METoday at 9:48 PM Did you used to be in BK or in the IQ ? I'm kinda new so. TheShadowToday at 9:50 PM i mean good i dont really understand how being in 2 departments even helps but if you enjoy it, good i dont really understand how people can live satisfied while being bound down with rules and stuff i dont get why people cant understand PnW is a game and infrastructure and military is just useless trash I dont all these papered alliances have filled this game with crap and i am the only bastard who is actually free i love my freedom i dont want to join alliances that curb this freedom of mine away and lock it ShepardN7METoday at 9:54 PM Departments increase potential for promotions. Yeah while currently I am at 90% tax untill 23rd then i goes to 60 TheShadowToday at 9:54 PM like i care ShepardN7METoday at 9:54 PM AN Opps TheShadowToday at 9:54 PM you are satisfied with a promotion but what is the meaning of a promotion tell me one thing you actually did that made you actually think out of the box made you worry have you ever experienced the thrill of winning a close war or having lost one and patting your oppoenet on the back and saying well played? the answer is a no you havent experienced the thrills of a war as the underdog neither have you raided a top 10, got countered and still won all the wars have you? ShepardN7METoday at 9:57 PM I see your point. TheShadowToday at 9:58 PM and yet you are satisfied as long as you are promoted and get lower taxes you arent playing the game you are just logging into it and i rest my case i dont even know why i am telling you this lmao ShepardN7METoday at 9:59 PM Can I have your nation link I'm instersted. TheShadowToday at 9:59 PM https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=65927 So, what is the point of this? Nothing IDK why I am making this post. maybe cause I'm sad. maybe I'm retarded. But who cares.....

  17. SYNDICARE PRESS RELEASE: SHUFFLING OF INVESTMENTS NASSAU, Bahamas, 2019-02-19: SYNDICATE, Inc., (NYSE:SCC) is hereby announcing some changes to its Syndicare programme portfolio, under which the Syndicate protects, assists, and mentors smaller and/or younger alliances. The post war economy has been a time of reflection at SYNDICATE, INC headquarters and as a result we have decided to withdraw specific investments that are showing less than optimal quarterly growth and instead purchase stakes in some up and coming markets with great expansion opportunities. A recap of some of the changes to the Syndicare portfolio are listed below: December 26th, 2018: Our foray into the sector of organized crime was a bust and SYNDICATE, INC is announcing the dissolution of La Mafia and their place in the Syndicare portfolio. February 5th, 2019: SYNDICATE, INC cancelled our endorsement of Animal Farm and withdrew our minority stake in the direction of the farm’s future. We are confident our partners in Church of Atom will provide all the expertise needed going forward. February 19th, 2019: SYNDICATE, INC has reviewed the past and present performance of one of our earliest investments in the reformed Syndicare portfolio and found the results to be subpar. Our board has decided to withdraw our assets from the Federation to be reinvested in areas with higher growth potentials. Our partners in Pantheon will nonetheless provide all the care needed for the Federation and we wish them the best going forward. February 19th, 2019: SYNDICATE, INC has decided to pull all support from Dark Brotherhood effectively immediately from this announcement. A committee was established to assess the future investment potential and it was decided that the agreement had reached its maturity. This decision was a top priority for the board. Our stakeholder relations and investment teams have been hard at work brokering deals with markets where SYNDICATE, INC predicts lucrative investment possibilities. After extensive negotiations with interested parties, the Syndicare portfolio has been expanded to add two up and coming conglomerates with huge potential. We are pleased to announce the addition of Typhon and Aurora to the Syndicare family and hope to have a hand in their continued success. We would also like to announce our continued support for the Knights of Malta after a strategic merger happened with United Hoods granting us shares in this new endeavour. About SYNDICATE, Inc. SYNDICATE, Inc., based near Nassau, The Bahamas, is the world's leading gasoline, aluminum and munitions distributor for a wide variety of peacekeeping and humanitarian activities. Wholly-owned SYNDICATE, Inc. subsidiary brands also include League of Heroes, which promotes the safety and well being of all Syndicate employees through their rent a hero program, the Enterprise, a top tier academy for Syndicate associates which provides successful candidates with educational training and prosperity, and Church of Atom, which SYNDICATE, Inc., is a proud patron, their continued commitment to aid the less fortunate through faith and charity is a benchmark we should all aim for. 25. Ahhhh yesss, nothing like getting triggered by an article and recruiting your protectorates and Arrgh to fight a micro on a scale of 5:1(not counting Arrgh). That sure makes you look a lot better than the article portrayed you. Pffft please, more like a burning trash compactor.

  27. Wait, who's NPO? They sound like a micro. Why did the Dark Brotherhood sign them. Why does Thanos fear this, what happened to Keegoz (The leader of Hyperborea), where is cool guy Buorhann (Five time leader of Rose, and current leader of KT), where is Epi,(the leader of Dark Brotherhood), this gives me too many questions.

  31. "Completely boring and terrible" is a matter of opinion, as is the nature of a "promising player". There isn't a single type of player, so there isn't a single "good" type of alliance. Mass recruitment alliances are essential for games like these to function because of the economies of scale inherent in their structure. They allow players to maintain nations at low or inconsistent activity levels, which is a democratizing feature that is provided primarily, if not exclusively, by large alliances. Similarly, there isn't a single type of micro. Micros are good if they don't represent an obvious opportunity cost to the metagame. They don't have to be special or unique and they don't have to play by the rules of the current meta, but they should at least interact with it in a way that adds rather than subtracts. More players or a greater diversity of communities and alliances is good; social isolation from the main community is bad. The fundamental question here isn't what kind of alliances are good; it's what kind of players are good. If the only people we want in the community or in the metagame are those who prefer smaller alliances, then large alliances are detrimental to the game. If incorporating new players of all stripes into the existing metagame is a priority, then micro alliances that make little effort to be a part of it are detrimental. If an alliance - micro or otherwise - facilitates a style that's "good", or at least acceptable, then it helps PW. If not, then it's harmful.

  35. Imo, government competency is probably the biggest determining factor. From experience during my past iterations in Orbis, micros are generally bad if they have inactive leaders, suck at the game, or don't know how to position themselves diplomatically. So I'd judge competence mostly on their leaders' activity, game knowledge, and how they interact with other alliances. The second is how quickly they can grow out of micro status, since that really is the goal (or should be) of all micros.
    1 point
  36. Depends on the micro. Biased because I'm in a micro alliance though.

  37. On the one hand, they do cause some harm... on the other hand, their polar opposites, the mass-recruitment blob alliances, can and do far, far more harm to the game's 'progression', as you put it. I'd say don't be afraid to be small, don't be afraid to get into conflict, and don't be afraid to get rolled. Getting rolled is okay, giving up in the face of hardship is not. Also third
