  2. Being that a moderator of yours, negan/cynic, decided to steal a bank, delete his nation...allegedly has multis and is an all-around shit member of this community........with also adding that while I was a moderator Negan only showed up to collect cash on the first of every month, will he be removed from the moderator staff? Clearly, not the type of person @Alex advertised. Not sure I'd like any moderator in that position just sitting there banking creds every month and doing nothing to engage and support the community. Fire him and bring me back, I'll get this community back in shape and help make moderation great again. #MMGA

  6. This is Shifty reporting in to fist you full of stuffing while you're still raw... Oh apologies I thought you were a turkey Oh baby, I don't want a mistress for Christmas, I want a turkey.... Today Shifty brings you the grand expose on Bad Company (thats French so you pronounce it expose-ayyy, but do it properly you have to rip your tongue out and screech, those damn frogs and their pronunciation guides) So Shifty has followed them before: Let's get the low down on BC FA >BC drops Rose after TKR-Rose backdoor pact to roll IQ by sending in BC and friends to pin down TGH-KT BC claimed it was an infringement on their sovereignty >BC gets bribed by IQ not to sign TKR with cheap resources after Polaris rats on Vanguard BC acts on cheap gas and denies TKR like Judas denied Christ but feels like this is just a temporary delay of the inevitable >BC dumps Vanguard BC feels like they're too close to IQ. IQ jumps them because they leaked Vanguard and IQ intel So now fellas, is Bad Company the poor girl next door who can't catch a break because guys are !@#$ or is BC a thottie? Well, the answer might be closer than you think, hence the poll at the beginning. Now if you voted before reading, I salute you for being a man of action and jumping into the fire without checking. We're alike If you read and then voted, you don't like chaos and fun, but hey you're right, which is always good. Cynic has stolen the BC bank and deleted it. So to all my pirates, raiders, and chaos seekers, there is no BC bank. Cynic destroyed it. Also 20 likes and I post who they'll sign next.

  8. I... don't think this is a good idea. The downdeclare range is good as it is; with this suggestion implemented, having cities would be too punishing IMO. Sometimes you just get rekt, so you downdeclare to do what you can anyway. The opponents that attacked you down to that level shouldn't be just letting you run rampant throughout their lowest tiers regardless; when the little guy has backup he's hardly helpless. What would solve the issue a lot more thoroughly is to change decommissioning so that once you've decommissioned units, you can't buy that kind of unit again that day. Much how you can't decommission units after buying that kind of unit in the turn, but if it went both ways then it'd be a heckuva lot more fair.

  9. Well since this thread got 22 likes. BC plans to look at TGH for a treaty post-war. Not very surprising considering how the IQ-Vanguard situation panned out.

  14. I think you need to reread this thread ? Reading may be difficult for you, so I’ll help. The “he” Alexio was referring to is Cynic, not Kevanovia. Not sure why you have this hard on for me. At first I was flattered, but now it’s starting to get creepy.

  20. Rokkenjima's military, known as the Rokkenjima Armed Forces, consists of three different branches. They include the Army, Air Force, and Navy. Satan Jacob serves as the active Commander of the Armed Forces. Directly serving him are his three trusted Generals - Alciel, Lucifer, and Esdeath. General Alciel sees over Rokkenjima's Army. General Lucifer sees over Rokkenjima's Air Force. And General Esdeath sees over Rokkenjima's Navy. Additionally, each of them are also quite skilled in combat on the ground. Commander Satan Army: Led by: General Alciel Active Personnel: 3,000,000 Reserve Personnel: 950,000 Number of Tanks: 20,000 Tanks in reserve: 59,000 Rokkenjima's Army is divided up amongst nine different regions. The regional branches of Rokkenjima's Army include: Japan, South Korea, North Korea, Manchuria, Shanghai, Hong Kong/Macau, Taiwan, Russia, and the Northern Mariana Islands/Wake Island. The number of soldiers in each region are as follows: 1,000,000 in Japan, 350,000 in South Korea, 350,000 in North Korea, 500,000 in Manchuria, 100,000 in Shanghai, 100,000 in Hong Kong/Macau, 250,000 in Taiwan, 300,000 in Russia, and 50,000 in the Northern Mariana Islands/Wake Island. The number of tanks within in region fluctuates depending on where they're needed most. The majority of personnel within Rokkenjima's Army (about 75%) are Goat Butlers, soulless creatures created by the Witch Council as a stronger alternative to human soldiers. While their strength may be enough to easily tear a person to shreds, they have their weaknesses. They are slow, and are only able to withstand a few bullets directly to the head. The remainder of each region's personnel consists of humans and various beings of magical origin, with most residing in the the region they serve. Not all personnel in each region are trained in combat, however. Those who aren't are tasked with the construction and maintenance of the Army's equipment and tanks. Those who aren't trained in either belong to the medical field. Air Force: Led by: General Lucifer Active Personnel: 40,000 Reserve Personnel: 20,000 Number of Aircraft: 12,000 Aircraft in reserve: 2,220 Rokkenjima's Air Force, like it's Army, is divided up amongst nine different regions. The number of aircraft in each region are as follows: 4,000 in Japan, 1,400 in South Korea, 1,400 in North Korea, 2,000 in Manchuria, 400 in Shanghai, 400 in Hong Kong/Macau, 1,000 in Taiwan, 1,200 in Russia, and 200 in the Northern Mariana Islands/Wake Island. Unlike the Army, the amount of Goat Butlers within the Air Force make up only half of its personnel. The remainder, again, consist of humans and various beings of magical origin. Three quarters of those within each region are trained in combat and operating the branch's various aircraft, with the others being tasked with the construction and maintenance of aircraft and equipment. Navy: Led by: General Esdeath Active Personnel: 80,000 Reserve Personnel: 70,000 Number of Ships: 340 The majority of Rokkenjima's naval bases are located in Japan, with one present in Hokkaido Prefecture, one in Niigata Prefecture, one in Kyoto Prefecture, one in Shimane Prefecture, one in Nagasaki Prefecture, one in Kochi Prefecture, one in Tokyo Prefecture, one in Chiba Prefecture, and one in Okinawa Prefecture. Other than those, there are two in South Korea, two in North Korea, one in Manchuria, one in Shanghai, one in Hong Kong/Macau, one in Taiwan, two in Russia, and two in the Northern Mariana Islands/Wake Island. Their precise location is classified, and the number of vessels stationed at each is constantly fluctuating depending on where they're needed most. Like the Air Force, about half of the Navy's total personnel are Goat Butlers. Three quarters of Navy personnel are trained in combat and the operation of various vessels, with the rest tasked with construction and maintenance. (To be continued with equipment and military vehicles/vessels)

  22. Around the 5 city mark the score range declare modifier does it's job well enough when nations are mil'd up. Someone with 25 cities declare on someone around 17 isn't able to double and dominate them if they have any sort of military. However a 25 on a 10 or so, can. There are also people with 37ish cities who wouldn't only be able to declare on about 10-20 people in the game. The purpose of this suggestion are for the extreme cases. Warfare of ~10 city differentials have been happening for some time now and aren't that uncommon with how big some players are. IF you were going to limit a number less than 10 you would likely need to employee it only on lower city counts, somewhere 15 or lower IMO.

  28. Honestly, why do people even trust Cynic anymore? He's stolen hundreds of IRL dollars from previous gaming communities, continues to rat out friends and acts like a victim when he's been caught. He's quite literally one of, if not the worst IC and OOC players in PnW.

  29. So I guess it is time to end my self imposed silence on this entire matter. On the 13th, as you can see from the screenshot going around, I was given information about IQ going to war with TGH/KT. I have already been informed that if this had occurred, OWR and Polaris would have also gone to war alongside us. Even with our cancellation, we would have been a part of Vanguard at the time of war declaration, and would have honored our treaties. As such, this is why I gave the order to move to DEFCON 2 and prepare war builds. I shared the intel with my high government, unaware that we had a leak. The intel got out and I was approached by Sketchy on the Thursday asking if it was true, which I denied knowledge of. Though I was asleep when the war was declared, when I returned, I saw that Kevanovia had departed for TGH. Cynic accused him of being the leak, giving logs stating so, and we took it at face value. Truly, hindsight is wonderful. He also state that he had a safe place he could hide the bank, and being unaware of his previous actions, was allowed to do so. Unfortunately, when we had discovered that he was the leak, the bank had already been moved to him, and there was no way for us to get it back.
