That's a particularly obscure meme from 4chan where a troll dared the moderation team to ban him as he was "behind 7 proxies" and therefore, he believed, beyond consequences. ...It turns out hacking is a lot more complicated than that and he was banned anyway, but the point is "behind 7 proxies" went viral and now is a meme that resulted in the number "7" being autoreplaced with "over 9000" on several chanboards. It has been a glorious time for the Fraggles of the Rock. Production of nuclear deterrents has been steady, and our food output has increased as well. We are close to completing phase five of our grand plan. A massive celebratory event will happen when we reach our goal by the end of this year. As for phase six, we cannot fully do what is needed until we find ourselves. To do this, we need to take a journey. Instead of being a lone wolf, we need to join others and see what they are about. This concept has been explored before, jumping around and such, but this shall be different. We bring a massive pile of deterrents. Maybe an alliance will see it fit to draw up a proper scheme that bring both chaos and a proper ending for all of this. Yes, we are nearly tapped out of ideas. That's why we need to explore outer space. Speaking of.... Space. We are going to be joining our many friends in Space. Not officially on paper of course, but on discord and the forums. They are many creative types that we want to exchange ideas with. I don't foresee anything good coming from this and will move on to the next place shortly. Discord moderators are absolute trash - one of them was forced out/quit the Forum moderator staff when they couldn't take the heat of not being a complete moron as a forum moderator. Now they run the moderation of Discord - I think thats called SDS. Hmu on discord if you wanna know what that means. Boycott.

Yeh, played two games of this, and I must admit it's quite fun. Jokes were told, people were laughing, it was just a good time. I enjoyed the first game as much as I enjoyed the second game, and it's just really fun to play it. So, come on Orbis, let's play some damned Poker.

It is for City after City as well (or project after project) however for your first 10 cities the timer will not apply. This is to allow new players to grow faster than they otherwise would be limited, to help them 'catch up' to the progress of the rest of the game at this point.

Oh? Then what exactly are you trying to accomplish? There's no credible threat. Not even close, so at best you're trying to threaten legal action to pressure Shifty and/or the P&W moderation team into... something? Either way, that's using the threat of law enforcement to pressure someone else into acting the way you want them to. Which is (arguably) illegal, by your own logic. If you want Shifty to stop baiting you... there's a handy feature called "block", and it'll do the job. So, really, why haven't you just done that? Regardless, call it in if you must, but be prepared for disappointment when the most that happens is your name/telephone/address/etc. are written down in a log stamped "no action". I've given you as much slack as I possibly can, now I wash my hands of this. Nothing I can do will help if you're not going to listen.

Well hello y'all, First of all - lets just take a second to correct a minor mistake that was made here - the line where it says 'abuse of downvoting' is incorrect. The correct would be trolling/harassment/posting in NDF while not providing valuable information to the report...etc. Chris is a new mod and new to this community and he's trying, but to be honest you would have received a warn anyway - likely from another moderator or myself. Now that we have that particular issue out of the way - we can move on to what you're doing now. I have just cycled through about 5 reports from you, reporting multiple people for NDF posts and the such, so let's just talk about that. NDF - Non-Discussion Forum: Is a forum/subforum where we ask that normal discussion be removed. It allows us moderators to actually see the report and see it clearly rather than sort through a multitude of posts. People who know about the subject and people that want to provide valid information about the subject reported are allowed to speak within those posts - in fact - it's encouraged. Even if you are named within the report - posting in an NDF in a manner that really doesn't provide evidence on your behalf or assists in the report itself is still...against the rules an that is honestly what you did. Additionally, we have Admins, Moderators, and Wiki Mods. Most of those are pretty much common sense in identifying who they are and what they do, but for everyone I'll outline: Admin: These guys are the big boss - game owner/game runnin boss hog. This would be Alex/sheepy/Chris (red tag) Forum Moderators/Mods: These guys oversee forum moderation (we don't even have access to mod Discord!) We are just here on the forums. I am an example of a Forum mod (blue tag) Wiki Mod: These guys do stuff on the wiki for PW - they don't have any access to forum/game moderation, but funny enough these guys usually are the moderators on discord. (green tag) What you're doing is continuing why you received a warn in the first place - and it doesn't help your case or actually better the understanding we ask of you in terms of what you did wrong to deserve the warning. Sure, you can argue that the warn reason was incorrect - but the truth is you still would have received a warn. Lastly, this thread is closed.
