  1. Good morning, good afternoon, and good evening to everyone, I come to you here today, to publish an agreement that has been reached to secure the peace between the forces of The Golden Horde and Knights Templar on one side, and The Knights Radiant, The Commonwealth and The Revolutionary Front on the other. The conditions under which the aforementioned parties agreed to end the war are as follows: 1. The forces of The Golden Horde and Knights Templar admit defeat to the combined forces of The Knights Radiant, The Commonwealth and The Revolutionary Front. 2. The Golden Horde agrees to acknowledge its true master, Princess Kastor, and honour his image on their Alliance Page for 30 days. 3. The aforementioned parties have agreed that no new wars are to be declared after this document has been published on the forums (August the 14th, 00:15 Game Time). Any existing wars will naturally run off, whether through beige, expiry or peace - entirely up to the players themselves. Therefore, with conclusion of this war, I'm honoured to announce that the Orbis longest War record has been broken - in this Sixty-Nine Days War. suck it james Accompanying signatures: /s/ The Golden Horde The Great Khan: Buorhann The Beklare-Bek: Sketchy Khan of Diplomacy: Hodor Khan of Discipline: Partisan (Alkaline) Khan of War: Shiho Nishizumi /s/ Knights Templar Grand Master: Theodosius Grand Seneschal: Whisper Grand Chancellor: Keegoz Grand Almoner: Vladamir Putin Grand Marshal: Horsecock /s/ The Knights Radiant Queen of the Heralds: Nizam Adrienne Herald of War: Benfro Herald of Growth: Schirminator Herald of Internal Affairs: Radoje Herald of Foreign Affairs: Lordship /s/ The Commonwealth Prime Minister: Felkey Chief of Staff: Julian Rederic Gray Minister of the Interior: Lionstar Minister of Finance: Sphinx Minister of Foreign Affairs: Purplemoon/Yui Minister of Defense: Sven Shieldmaker /s/ The Revolutionary Front Revolutionary King: Rey

  2. Following their latest battle, the Empyreans traveled around their war torn lands to survey the damage. The costs had been great, yet the citizens were industrious, and as such much of what they found was once again clean and pristine. None more so than the great statue to Rozalia, marking the spot of the transcendence of the Son of Heaven, glittering in the sun with a bright golden hue. As they finally headed for home they saw two vast armies approaching from the north. As they drew closer they saw these forces in more detail: a mongolian horde, carrying weapons stained with the blood of Lordship’s Manly Concubines (in many places we would know these as soldiers but you can find nothing that straight forward in the New Radiant Empire). With them were an army of white-dressed knights wearing a red cross on each of their shields and tunics. They too, were stained with blood, this blood however was that of some mortally embarrassed proletariat. Fearing for his people, The Royalist shouted out to his followers “Load the war machines, we must fire upon them while we still can!” “Wait!” cried James. “What, you fool? Oh a white flag. Very well then”. The leaders of each of the orders made camp and there they stayed for almost a week, in which time they feasted and drank and talked about their people, and the daily duties they must complete in order for their for their empires to thrive. The Royalist soon discovered the many great deeds of both the Horde and the Knights, and recalling the stories James would tell with wide-eyes, he realised the similarities they shared with these new visitors. ‘We never back down to the wrongs in this world!’ said the great Buorkhan with pride. ‘Our duties are to guard the holy land from the heathens waiting to plunder them.’ added Theodosius. ‘I assume you are here for something more than feasting and chit chat.’ Said The Royalist quietly. ‘Very well then, as The Royalist has interrupted me from my drinking and the rest of you from feasting, shall we begin? We have come here for a reason indeed” was the reply. “We have more important business to discuss than to simply relive great battles with such agreeable company.” The Royalist looked around to see who had begun to talk and noticed what seemed to be a 13 year old African girl talking at the head of the table. On closer inspection he realised this was in fact Sketchy: The Horde’s Mighty Beklare-Bek. “We are looking to expanding our borders, to meet new friends, and when we had heard that the Great Rozalia was in neighbouring lands we saw an excellent opportunity. When we found out Rozalia was no longer with us, and in his stead were his successors, we figured you couldn’t be too bad, and more or less worthy enough of sitting at the same table with us” Someone…” Keegoz, The Chancellor of the Knights began to continue to the speech, however now that he’d had finished talking, Sketchy had stood up from the table, and with many eyes following him, wandered over to where most of the fun was taking place and began to dance and do god only knows what, for the many women in the tent that were there for this feast. Clawing their eyes away from this spectacle, the rest continued to talk, and it was not until the early hours of the morning that they come to an amicable agreement. Empyrea would join The Golden Horde and Knights Templar in their quest. tl;dr Empyrea alters their paperless stance, maintaining mostly the same FA outlook, but signing MDPs exclusively with TGH and KT.

  3. https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=20516 I was going to post something nostalgic about the past, sarcastic about the present, or motivating about the future. But it all boiled down to good bye for now. Maybe forever, maybe not.

  8. I could also just say "you hit with more people, more military and better tiering" along your line of logic and invalidate your entire lead. You can't pick and choose when to apply situational circumstances to stats and when you can't lmfao. Either they do or they don't.

  10. Shifty has received 10 likes, in more or less 10 mins so unlike Facebook doctors or well wishers. Shifty delivers. He brings a blessing upon his people. In today's news, Empryea is signing TGH and KT. This is a happy day for 3 great alliances sign.

  11. Latest War Stats btw. I'll post a complete one when the remaining wars are finished. EDIT: Also just to clarify, since I know people will whine otherwise,: Damage totals include value of military damages taken, infra damages taken, cash loot lost, and resources used. Damage totals DO NOT include value of resource loot lost, bank cash loot lost, nukes launched or missiles launched.

  13. We've been over this, fellas. We stole the resources from you and then bombed you with your own resources. The ones we used from our own coffers we were able to replenish because we weren't stuck at 400 infra cities - we had dozens of high-infra cities pumping out econ by the end of the war. That means that we had the luxury of being able to waste those resources without doing any harm to ourselves. The "damage" of us using resources to bomb you into submission isn't damage at all: on paper it looks like we spent a finite amount, but the reality is that resources are not finite. They are infinite. We, due to being the victors on an obscene scale, were able to keep our economy going to fund this wasteful excursion. We didn't start running out of munitions or gas, we didn't lose our ability to fight, we weren't running a deficit: everything was completely fine on our end, because we could still produce those resources. To put it another way, this is like getting into drink-off with a bartender. At the end of the day you may have made the bartender drink a lot of booze without paying, but you're going home to a lack of booze and they can just turn around and keep drinking.

  15. Oh you will. That was a pretty funny image. We were pretty quick to accept it. May make some modifications though (Like putting Princess Kastor’s face on Kayne instead).

  18. GG, perhaps we will meet on the battlefield again. Be it as allies or enemies once more, I hope only that you do not shy from the call to battle when it comes. Victrix causa deis placuit sed victa @Kastor.

  20. I find it amusing that KT and TGH are using the same tactics and arguments they dismissed out of hand during the last war with the IQ coalition.

  21. TL;DR - We didn't fight according to your standards I'm sorry, were we suppose to? I missed that memo. Just like the memo that we were suppose to come to you guys within the first 2 weeks of the war. Gas/Ammo used shows efficiency of resource spending. Sure, you could afford it, but it's still there. I'm sure some people who pay attention have some interest in those particular stats. For example: https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=89595 This guy had 210 ships initially on me, and he used one or two strikes with that many ships on me (He now has 95). On my 900 Infra cities. While I had 0 Ships. The amount of resources he spent on those strikes were more than the damage he caused me. Only a moron would think "tracking Gas/Ammo used is dumb". And before you go and retort with "We never recorded that in the past" - every war tends to bring out a new statistic to record once people figure out how to do so. The more stats to record, the better information people have that care about it.

  30. We could have. Military ramps up score pretty high. If any of them demilitarized too much, we certainly attempted on hitting them, forcing them to remilitarize again. Hell, a couple of them rebuilt fully after taking damage from up declared battles. You are correct on your assessment for the most part though. Gotcha. I know Sketchy was trying to develop a script for it, but it's near impossible iirc. So it makes sense if you guys had to pull it manually.

  31. Uh, what? We are? (Reviving dead memes~) (You still don't get it, it's ok.) (Do your own stats and don't ask Sketchy to do them for you next time)

  33. Pre beat me to it. Some are wrong, some are right. One that is missing is TKR-GOB, who would 100% come to each other's defense in the event of an attack. But the point is correct, there's lots of paperless treaties out there, especially from alliances who claim they want to shake things up / not stagnate the game, while at the same time giving shit to IQ for having too many paper treaties. Well at least people know where they stand.

  35. When you get hit with a dogpile and it isn't a shutout... then it's still a defeat, just a surprisingly close one. Which is why there's no shame in calling it a defeat. "We must be very careful not to assign [this] the attributes of a victory." "We shall not be judged by the criticisms of our opponents, but by the consequences of our acts." -Winston Churchill

  40. Some of those are right. Some of them are not. I wouldn't put Pantheon on that list though, they only have 13 cities above 3k strength. The guys just below that mark are in the low teens city count wise. I've always been of the mindset that you should effectively be one way or another regarding your treaties. They're either on paper for everyone to see, or you're paperless. The only real exception being for protection, it's a good thing for paperless alliances to list whom they protect/protected by to avoid situations like the current tC one. Part of the purpose of protectorates are to act as deterrent to being attacked, gotta' have them known for that to happen. Anyway, regardless of the accuracy of the claims of who being tied to who, consolidations of tiers is a bad thing on any level. I get why IQ has done it, but I don't think it's a good thing for game health. I don't think the top tiers being conjoined would be conducive either and would personally be against such things happening.
