For almost two years I have listened to my voices and trusted whom I thought worthy. I have shown love and trust especially to those I hold dear. While listening to the voices, I was left to run NK as I seen fit. I pound my chest and speak for those who follow blindly. A week before this last "sneak attack" happened on nuke bloc, I forgave everyone's debt and gave all my brothers a chance to leave. I am honored by all those that stayed and fought with me against those that wished me harm. No matter my downfalls, some of the things I always did well was tell the truth, be respectful to people who deserved it, and throw some nukes. I would like to congratulate emc on doing a staggering 159 million more in damages to NK then we did in return. I would also like to offer congrats to micchan who blocked both nukes I fired at "it"(don' want to be sexist and it doesn't act like a lady so it it is) I would also like to congratulate emc on eatting 3.5 billion in damages from the Ape. Thank you for helping me secure the number one spot on nukes thrown. Even when asked directly, even leaning on the huge number advantage, emc would not give me (a previous ally for 800 days or so) a straight answer on if we were gonna be hit. I guess they would never imagine fighting us face to face. Don't really blame them. 20ish days of war to do 159 million net damage to an alliance of 18vs300. I understand the deception was needed to secure some kind of "victory"! I'm not here to throw shade so I'll bite my tongue. I love how Queen M can be racist and say things to me and others that would spark outrage from other people, but when Arkiri makes an obvious offhanded joke, everyone wants to get pitch forks. Queen M just literally said I was in chains and made an equivalent to me being a slave and having a “massa”. Along with countless other things she has said, yet no one cares. Orange Defense Network To all, I've been getting a lot of questions regarding ODN's war status, so I felt some clarification was needed. On the 24th of March, the Golden Horde hit ODN. From our perspective for no reason, from theirs for a variety of reasons. They claimed we were part of this "IQ" coalition. C'est la vie though, that's life. We were attacked by the Horde. They called the attack a 'mass raid,' but as far as ODN was concerned, this was and remained a war. Multiple waves of attacks sending us to beige and then happening again and again are not a 'raid' in our book. We don't mind dealing with raids, we have lots of respect for raiders. This was not a raid as far as we were concerned (they are welcome to call it what they want). They told us the only way the attacks would end, would be if we cancelled our treaties with NPO. Well no thank you. The day anyone but ODN dictates who ODN can and cannot call friend will be a cold day in hell. In all honesty, besides from apparently our friends in NPO we couldn't even tell you who is in IQ. Certainly we dont consider ourselves in it. I'm sure they are fine folks, and we've got the utmost respect for NPO, but we had no interest in joining the global war and anyone who talked to us could have figured that out. As such, just because the global war has ended, *OUR* war with the Golden Horde has NOT ended. Just as we never intended to go to war with IQ, nor do we intend to declare peace with the Golden Horde simply because a bunch of random other alliances declared peace. Especially not considering how this whole thing started. We are under no delusions. The Golden Horde is bigger than us. They are more experienced then us. They outnumber us. We were attacked when we weren't expecting it and that hit us hard. We have limited resources. I suspect that for every 1 million of damage we do to the Horde, they will do 10 million to us. That's fine. We'll make that trade gladly, week after week. But we will deal damage. And we will not give in. They can smash us into a bloody pulp, crack our skulls, break every bone in our body. Our teeth will still be lodged firmly in their flesh at the end of it. ::Grins:: if nothing else, this will be a nice lesson on ODN's character for the rest of the world. I'm sure there are plenty out there who are better nation builders. Better with war mechanics. More experienced. But we're an ornery stubborn bunch of asses when you rile us up. I suspect TGH will get to see that first hand. There's nothing personal with this. I am looking forward to a long and good war with TGH. Most of them have been fine opponents so far. If I need to be reduced to a smoking pile of rubble, I am glad they will be the ones doing it! But in ODN we have a code of honor we live by. And the real test of such a code is not in easy times, but when facing overwhelming odds. So for everyone asking.... yes ODN considers itself at war with TGH. No we are not peaceing out because IQ did. Yes we intend to have a lot of fun with them on the battlefield. No this war won't be ending anytime soon, no matter how hopeless it is, not until *we* are satisfied that we've gotten what we need.

So, I started writing a response to frame out a basic set of guidelines for new players. As is typical, it got a little out of hand. By the time I was done I realized I had most of a RP tutorial written, so I figured I'd just flesh it out all the way and tack on a brief how-to for newbies. It might be a decent start to a broader frame-work for the RP. I'm sure it could use some additions and subtractions to get it to a finished product that is agreeable to everyone. Anyway, if anyone is interested in reading a "book", I've posted it below.

I must ask what surprises you. Respect is to be earned and not given. If you think not dying as easily as other people when fighting the hive mind demon hordes under Lord Lucifer Roquentin's strings is the only criteria, you'll be sad to learn criteria shift from person to person. From my point of view, all i know is what i have said so far, i see no reason to go out of my way to pay respect to that. I don't think it was intended as an insult rather than a statement of reality. Bigger and older alliances than yours exist that could easily be considered the same. I'm not sure what you guys expected to come out of this. A part of me wants to applaud you for showing some backbone, even if its a fairly large deviation from your original stance of "We won't even fight back", but its hard to ignore the futility of your plan, outside of winning some (not so easy) PR points with people not paying much attention (in which case, bravo btw, it worked). Ultimately your attempts to deal damage to us in some sort of retribution have failed. The idea you'll come anywhere close to the 10:1 ratio in damage you wagered in the OP is highly unlikely at this point, as the only people you can target (and aren't even targeting to your fullest potential currently), are smaller and have less infra to grind through, and you are losing to them. You have 4 people who are inactive for more than a week, another 6 in beige, and the rest are either ZMed or about to be. Anyway, thanks for the targets?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Given it appeared few others were going to show up for the meeting.. the caravan with representatives from Mogtopia, Prussia, and Lumia was assembled. They began to drive through DC. as they did they could see changes already in the works in the city. At one corner people were registering for Imperial citizenship and registering up for the mandatory 1-2 years of military service required by all citizens of the Empire where required. On another the homeless were being moved into a jobs center where they were having skill evaluations performed and either assigned to career re-education, referred to psychological care, or if they were very elderly, moved into government provided housing. Course, the attendants would just see the lines of them being handled with care. The Imperial banner was waving everywhere. They were escorted by human police officers and body guards who looked like your normal secret service, though their lapel pins had the same symbols as the imperial flag. As they made it down to the national mall and the front lawns of the capitol, they would see seating had been arranged outside due to the beautiful weather and a conference style table was setup and attended with a host of foods for their guests. The conference table was notably round.. giving no member present any favored seating. At the end of the table.. there was a place notably empty of any chairs. The ambassadors to their nations would show them to their seats and all sit on the side of the table next to the void, flanking it on both sides. Off to the side a military band was in attendance and in uniform that was similar to the old US Marine corps, but done up primarily in blues and golds. They began to play the Dragonisian National Anthem. The Empire's flag was hefted over the meeting space.. which signaled the arrival of their head of state. Overhead flew a fighter wing of smaller dragon like craft, escorting a very large dragon shaped aircraft. There was strangely no sonic booms though they were traveling well faster than the speed of sound. The 4 escorts broke off in all cardinal directions and the center craft went into a vertical stall. The cockpit appeared to bend from the front of the craft at a 40 degree angle downard. As it fell from the sky just short of the meeting space, its wings suddenly lost their rigidity and became sail-like. Catching the wind.. the large craft lowered landing.. no wait.. those were legs. With a horrible glide ratio, it came to a stop with a heavy *thud* right at the end of the table. There were several more clicks and its arms came away from its side. Those arms ended in claws which were covered by a metal gauntlet with clear junctions for screws and bolts and katana sharp talons. The talons made a 'shink'ing sound as they slid back some into a blunted sheath. It then reached up, then sound of more bolts unlocking were heard and it separated the lower nose of the helmet from its visor. Inside, a cloud grey dragon with luminous blue eyes gazed at them and spoke in very rough, but deep bass and almost thunderously loud, English. "Greetings, representatives from this Earth. I am Maelstrom, Emperor of Dragonisia, the empire of Dragons. I am pleased you elected to attend. Please, might I have your names and sovereign nations or entities of origin?" It settled back onto its haunches, it had to be at least 12 meters long from its tail tip to its snout. A press corps sat off in the distance and was broadcasting the meeting to the world. The secret was out. The Earth had new occupants.

I wonder what it is I should be ashamed of, as a lot of folks over there keep threatening me with some log dump that should have me shook. I have never ever in my life said that anyone, including white men, should be killed. I don't think a lot of you understand the situation (And this includes my own members too). I personally been born and raised in an area where racism is often viewed a common thing to happen to outsiders. You know, the "South". I grew up with people, especially the elderly, who were used to the times were racial terminology was a norm, it was a way for them to separate people when describing them (And this goes multiple ways, you'll be surprised at the various terms that Asians, Hispanics, Black, White, etc will openly say sometimes - especially the older generations). Sometimes it was hateful, I won't lie. I never said anything racist though, I'm actually surprised by it considering my surroundings while growing up. In any case, I've seen it first hand from multiple perspectives. Considering the demographic of my area when I was a kid, I often got bullied for "being white", but that's not to take away the years of derogatory/hateful statements other races have received. Anyways, before I get off on a huge tangent on this, this isn't something you solve easily. It's a process that requires time. What Arkiri did in the past? I got on his ass about it and talked to him about it. I've been in that situation before, where I've assisted individuals who doesn't consider the consequences of their words. Literally 5 years of my life was devoted to helping individuals improve their lives in that area, that was something I was awarded for in my honor's group during my college stint for my efforts in curbing racism and assisting people of all walks of life to better their lives. I'm very much well aware of the process and what works, and what doesn't (Hence why I stated the dogpiling was a bad thing to do, that never works and immediately puts people on the defensive who will ignore you instead of listening). Ever since that moment on the boards here, no one got close to treading that line. We did, however, have a funny moment in VC and when a joke got too far - I immediately put a stop to it. Even Kastor explained why it's hurtful to him, and people in the VC that evening apologized about it. Yet you don't hear or see that because that's our business to solve and work through. However, when we see clips of other people's Discords or screenshots of DMs, where they openly talk about "white men dying" or people "being in chains" or even "joking with slavery" - you know how much that counters the efforts some of us do to curb the use of racism here? Some of you are too focused on trying to trigger the other side, that you don't realize that you're becoming just as guilty as what you're condemning others for. I'm all for shit talking and having fun as long as it remains in-character, but as soon as someone opens up that door on making a racist joke and someone replies to it, then they immediately pin it on that 'other person' - I'm giving you the middle finger for opening up that door.

I mean, theoretically there is some space with resisting fascism for conservatives, if they actually want to take up the space and do the work. I'm actually pretty blase about other political ideologies outside of the alt-right/neo sphere at the moment. Nuance does exist there. But in practice, while people like me have to come out and explain that no, shit like The Shining Path was not good, the right, here and elsewhere, never get called on to distance themselves from those who discriminate based on inborn traits. Read the middle paragraph of my post above, you'll see that I have addressed this. To summarize, communism hasn't "worked out" anywhere, because there have been no societies that fulfilled the criteria that determines what communist society actually is. A country (and a state) being run by a communist party is not a communist society. In fact, it's a complete oxymoron. You don't create a stateless society by creating a socialist or communist state. And if anyone is suffering from capitalism, it's places like the ones you mentioned. Sub-Saharan Africa accounts for most of the deaths I detailed earlier, followed by Southeast Asia. So no, communism hasn't worked in African nations, but only because the conditions of such a society have never been reached by any state on this planet. What we can say with some certainty is that they all follow the capitalist mode of production and that they all suffer enormously for doing so. First of all, human civilization already possesses more than enough productive forces to end world hunger. But, just giving away food to everyone that needs it isn't profitable and so it doesn't happen. In fact, our societies throw away massive amounts of food every single day, while people are starving to death. These are preventable deaths that could be solved, but unfortunately a lot of people are more interested in filling their own pockets instead of actually helping their fellow human beings. Also, everyone that is starving to death, dying of disease, malnutrition and lack of basic necessities are lazy and less intelligent? You're a god damn joke man. Get over your elitist arrogance. Do you have any idea what complete shithead of a fool you make yourself look like when say stuff like that? You're not convincing anyone of anything but the fact that you have no empathy for your fellow humans and that you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. Lairah doesn't speak for me. Tbqh you'd be better off sending members into TGH and leaking plans for vengeance, joining an opposing side next war and training your nations in the mean time, or exploiting your situation and saying your allies dragged you into a war you didn't want and then getting new ones.

What do you honestly gain out of this? We destroy you until you peace out and then you take even longer to rebuild. You show your “resolve” but that won’t stop anyone from attacking you in the future. You’ll be way too low to help your allies much in the future, including NPO, would will be 18-20 cities in 6 months, if not more, while your average may go to 10(last I checked it was 8-9, idk if that’s changed). So why? Honestly it makes no sense to not just peace out with IQ. You can make FA moves to change how people view you. Literally all you’re doing is isolating yourself from IQ and isolating yourself from the other side of the game.
