Article II – Non-aggression The parties shall not engage in aggressive actions against each other, including conducting espionage or declaring war on each other, or providing aid to enemies of either party. Article III – Intelligence Each party must share with the other party intelligence or information that relates to or affects the safety or security of the other party. Article IV – Mutual Defense If one of the parties is subject to an attack from another alliance or rogue nation, the other party is obligated to provide military or financial assistance. An attack on one party is an attack on both parties. Article V – Non-Chaining This is a non-chaining treaty. Should either party declare a war, then receive counter attacks from other alliances, there is no obligation for the other to come to their assistance. Article VI – Termination If one of the parties wishes to terminate this treaty, the terminating party must give 48 hours prior notice to the other party. Neither party shall engage in aggressive actions against each other for 72 hours after the termination of this treaty. The Three Embasies are replaced to a different location and all are made into one. At the bottom there are Different sections for the Three Nations. The Bottom had three pieces going out of the main part of the building, while the main part was going straight upwards. The High Main Part of the building has many purposes, each floor , something different. Some Levels are Hotel Suites, Some are Casinos, Bars and other rooms with different ways of Entertainment. The Main purpose of the Contruction of this was the Ressurection of France. SOE has asked for a Few French Guards , same goes for German and Umberella , in Traditional Military Clothing. Those will represent a Bond between the 4 of the nations.

Commander Sasha Hannover graduated in 2003 from the Koenigsberg War College. Commander Hannover commanded the German Third Quick Reaction Force. Comprising of the 82nd Fallschirmjäger Regiment, 3rd Marine Regiment, and 101st Ranger Regiment, Commander Hannover had been deployed to Sweden in 2017 and to India in 2014. Serving in Sweden and India, the open vast fields allowed more armor-dense units to move aggressively. Commander Hannover had led an entire QRF to hold off an enemy Armor Division in Copenhagen as allied troops moved to hold onto major gains by Major Ericson and Major Himkraft. Upon landing in Gibraltar, Hannover stationed her tanks and light armor into covered and rear locations to be undercover from enemy air watch and artillery. Her headquarters would be between the Infantry line and rear guard. Her Command Center had a direct overview of the docks, giving her the capability to direct troops where needed. 2,400 German Marines, 1,200 Paratroopers, and 20 tanks protected Gibraltar. While there were 5 VTOLS at an airfield, it would be practically impossible to reinforce or withdraw the entire Force. Marines were stationed at the various ports and cross roads. Armed with the standard LA5A2 and L86SW, they would be providing suppression and holding down the enemy invaders. Commander Hannover had placed her airborne troops across the northern and eastern regions. Because the Paratroopers were armed with sniper rifles and anti-air missiles, they would protect the troops from encirclement and air landings. The E Company and D Company of the 82nd would also be at the HQ to reinforce the Marines at Landing Point Alpha if needed. Without air power, the force would rely on their enemies failure and acts of god. The Cloudy weather and Humidity made things harder for the defenders, however. It would allow the Defenders to remain much more concealed from UAV’s not using thermal and inferred. It also gave them an advantage when enemy forces would attempt to land on the ports. Some 400 Marines and 200 Paratroopers formed a rear-vanguard to protect the flanks and provide a retreat/cover line if and when needed.

I know this is a bad attempt at getting attention and I shouldn't encourage this behavior with a proper response, however, I have nothing better to do at this time so I'll indulge you. See, normally we don't uphold the two month "contract". However, in your situation, we felt that it was necessary to pursue the money. Here's why: You were second in command of our FA department. You know how we found out that you were leaving? We read your new alliance's DoE. Yes, we found out about your resignation from a DoE. You left as a high-ranking official without any notice or even the courtesy of telling us before the DoE. See, if you contacted us that you were interested in leaving beforehand, we could've worked something out and shit, maybe you wouldn't have had to pay back the rebuilding aid. See, Holton, if you didn't want to pay back your rebuilding, you shouldn't have left us without notice. It would be one thing if you were a normal Knight that left us without notice, but you were the second in command of FA. Kids, if you're reading this, do not leave an alliance like this. Take what Holton did as an example of what you should not do. So listen, Holton, it's okay to be upset. Generally, I find noobs are bad at reading comprehension, but your failure to read and/or understand the clear notice in the rebuilding thread saying that if you leave within two months of receiving rebuilding aid you'll have to pay it back in full just proves me wrong. I kind of liked you, Holton. But you've lost a lot of respect from me in the past few days. You leave in a dishonorable way and then you make a piss poor attempt at making us look bad. If you need attention so bad, you should try to get attention in a positive way rather than doing embarrassing things like this.
