Wintery was the first visited nation for all French Presidents since Chirac in 2008, and the most visited nation for French Citizens. Over 1.53 Million French citizens live in Wintery, while nearly double that live in France. Overall, Wintery and France have remained such close and distinct allies they are practically inseparable. Umbrella France will work with Umbrella to strengthen Franco-Umbrella relations and to get into military and economic trade. Basically we'd agreed on this about 2-3 months ago and even notified all our allies... Then nobody actually sat down to write the treaty... Then we got busy/forgot. Should either party declare a war, then receive counter attacks from other alliances, there is no obligation for the other to come to their assistance. The government of the American Commonwealth has decided to pull out all 175,000 troops in Vietnam. The announcement was made in a national press conference made today in the capital Vancouver, the President had this to day "While we cannot and do not expect this withdrawal to fix all the actions of the past government, we do think it will be a first step in righting the wrongs done by the past government." The withdrawal comes as the American Commonwealth has come under immense pressure from the international community, and as a result of widespread protests against the war both at home and abroad. In addition, the government of the American Commonwealth has issued an official apology for the people of Vietnam and has begun to launch rebuilding projects especially in the previous capital of Saigon.

The 3rd Ranger Regiment arrived in SOE from Germany. They came in command of Helga Leopard. First day were only slight preperations for exercises, not terrain training but only at the base. The Ongoing days , the Soldiers Trained in the Deserts of Syria , Lebanon and etc. There they have worked in small Crews in deserts where they cut off Tanks or other motorized/mechanized units, surrounded/flanked and eleminated it. There were no causalities as the tanks were controlled by Men far away via a controler, the tanks were old too so they were useless to SOE. The Crews always had 50% Turks and 50% Germans to make them work together. The Actions were based on quick movement and cooperation with your comrades a lot and on gut feeling to know if you can trust your comrade. The Germans had to take many breaks as they were demolished with the quick movement in very hot enviroment. Few days after, President Wolf was invited to Istanbul to the Royal Palace, The Sultan attented there with a few Soldiers stationed at Syria. They arrived and just sat down, had a few drinks and then someone came in with a briefcase. One Briefcase for everyone at the Palace. The Sultan Opened it, took something out and quickly went behind the sofa and started to load his Nerf Gun. The Leaders had a fun Nerf War throughout the whole Royal Palace and gardens. President Wolf came with Gifts of animals. Dogs, Penguins and Pandas. (Yes I had the permission from Hunter for this)

Currently, player training offers two options, a blue button that improves a baseball player skill by 0.15 to 0.35 at the price of 2k, and a red button that improves player skill by 1 to 3 at the price of 20k. Matching these prices, we can easily see that 1.5-3.5 at the price of 20k is worth a lot more than 1-3 at the price of 20k, making the blue training a significant amount better than the red. All this does is force the player to spend just a bit more time and save quite a bit, or waste a lot more money and save your time. I propose that we make the red training just as good, or better than the blue training, because buying in bulk should be at least be worth as much as the non-bulk. I suggest that the red training be buffed to 1.5-3 to match the value of the blue training, or reduce the red training's price to about 16k.

Well said. On 11Sep2001, I was stationed in Pearl Harbor Hawaii aboard an Aegis class Destroyer. On that day, around 0800 local time, we were suppose to get underway and moor at the naval weapons magazine across the harbor at Lualualei to do a two day weapons onload for the ships upcoming 6-month deployment which would leave in Oct. So, early......I mean early in the morning, I get woke up by a phone call from my parents in Caly. I was living off base at the time with my wife and then, 1 year old daughter. I answered the phone to my hysterical mother screaming that we've just been attacked and what is going on, etc, etc and her yelling at me to turn on the news. My wife and I didn't have the TV on for more than a couple of minutes before we watched the 2nd plane hit the WTC. I looked at my wife and said "I have to get to the ship.....now" I packed my seabag and made the 1/2 mile jog to base. The gate was already starting to back up due to vehicular traffic. The base was already in the process of going into complete shutdown......military personnel only allowed on......no dependents......no civilian contracts. Once I got to my ship, things were moving quickly. The quarterdeck was passing the word for "Reveilie, reveille". Mind you though, that usually doesn't happen until 0600.....every morning. I make down into the 75 man berthing compartment as people are waking up, swearing and cursing at "Why the hell is reveille being called so !@#$ing early!". I slammed on the lights and put the TV to CNN......everyone who had duty that night and slept aboard, were watching with glazed eyes and jaws dropped. So about 0500, the C.O. comes on to the announcing system and tells everyone to inside the skin of the ship. After a brief pause, he starts again. "This morning, we were suppose to go and do our onload......that has now changed. We are the only ship in the area capable of getting underway. Of the other 3 ships inport,one in drydock, the other two are in various states of heavy maintenance efforts and the majority of their systems are not up and ready. We have been tasked by DESRON (destroyer squadron commanders official title), to get underway and take up a position off of Diamond Head and act as the State's air defense platform. Make preparations for getting the ship underway in 30 minutes. Make all readiness reports to the Officer of the Deck who is now movinging his watch from the Quarterdeck to the Bridge. That is all". I might not have recalled it exactly, but that was pretty much the jest of it. So for the next 14 days, we did figure-8s about 15 miles off the coast of Oahu....tracking and reporting all air tracks and working in conjunction with the Air Force at Hickam Air Base. I only personally knew one person who died that day. Vengeance Weapons Battery Missiles and Nukes can now be fired at anyone in spy range at 50-75% of normal damage output. Counts towards your daily espionage limit and with CIA, only 1 of each projectile can be fired. Once built, it and any Missile Pad or NRF cannot be destroyed in addition to this wonder. Makes these projectiles more fun and makes VDS/Iron Dome relevant again. Also eats up econo wonders so RIP resource output #death2inflation

if exploitation is an issue, turn off the ability to make money from baseball. No need to refund anything to anyone because the real investors have been using it to exploit your game anyway.
