  3. Hmm Transgenders wanted to become a part of the US military. Isn't the US military commit basically crimes in every country they invaded? I see that transgenders wants equality when dropping bombs on innocents or torturing people.

  4. As for Milton the guy who can't understand how forums and quotes work. So you admit you're a gutless coward then, nice. Just what I thought. If you must know I hold myself to a very high standard. I don't post conspiracies, I leave doors open to possibilities, argue against both sides in their lunacies, and support sensible positions that when asked I can defend reasonably (note: none of you left wing guys will ever debate me on that, has to chiefly be right wing guys). I get it. Guys like you, Caecus, and the rest post on here expecting some ultra right wing guy you got all the standard answers for, and in comes The Roz who easily humiliates all of you as your attacks don't work. I get that such a thing makes you guys despise and fear me. I mean the right wing guys no longer even need to post, my responses make you guys look like the fools you are what with all your hypocrisy, conspiracy talk, and general nonsense arguments. Anyway, I'll give you one more chance. Tell you what. Your alliance, perhaps one of the nuke ones, someone. How about we have them enforce such things in the case of a failure to meet what is set down by the bet? So if I do go back on my word (I won't) then those alliances and their people get a good reason to hit me, likewise if you are dishonest (likely) then people get a good reason to hit you. Actually I'll go do that for you now.

  6. So you spring a major update on us without warning (meaning that when I sold 40m worth of stock the day before I put myself at a massive disadvantage), then *after* everyone spends hours fixing their cities you release the option to bulk import/ export, and then *after* everyone my size buys infra to try and compensate for the update changes you decrease the price of infra. I didn't say anything til now cos I know admins have it rough, but........ lol......

  7. The first situation is literally impossible. That would be after 18 Naval Immenses in, and currently you can only do at most 16 plus one ground should the stars align. Of course, I'm assuming that all you would do is hit the Fortify button to protect whatever you've stolen over trying to fight back (since that'll be the current meta) ; let's be real here, you won't beat anyone that's somewhat competent at counter-raiding, simply because competent people will come in with a downdeclare and militarize back, and you won't be able to keep up with their numbers because of your lower population. All they need to have over you is complete air superiority and naval superiority (read as, over ten boats). You can't be too militarized either because in that case you'd expose yourself to bigger nations that can shit on you even harder. For the record, yes, I've been in those situations quite often. However, those happened because both sides slugged it out and it came down to whomever hit the attack button first after getting the MAP's/update. Anyone that spammed fortify against me from the beginning would never get beiged, and the same way around when I did it to them (something I [and everyone else involved] stopped doing fairly quickly because in a global war, a beige is a godsent). Anywho, that 'war experience' you so much brag about isn't worth dogshit. Hitting inactives will teach you little. I know that because I also raided people back when I was a smaller nation. Attacking inactives/noobs is a lot like sealclubbing in War Thunder/ World of X, as a matter of fact. You get some fancy stats, but the second you jump to the next league you get eaten alive. I won't deny that there are people in Arrgh who know their shit when it comes down to warfare ; however, your assertion (which was a general one) is laughable at best, and wholly delusional at worst. Mainly because at this point, anyone that was active (as in, actively fought instead of taking it to the face time and again) in the last global war has more meaningful experience at warring than your average Arrgh raider, simply because they were under, and went up against, an organized force, as opposed to Arrgh that goes after easy targets and then waits for the imminent counter raid that may vary in shape and form (best case you get someone dumb that you can play like a fiddle, worst case you get triple downdeclared and have to take it to the face or ask for peace). You shouldn't take that as an insult, by the way. Minimizing risks and maximizing profits is what raiding is about, after all. You can still keep your loot, but you lose the possibility to fight back. Since by your own admission, the main point of raiding was to profit from it, hitting back at your attacker is a 2nd priority, and thus can be gladly sacrificed over keeping your stuff safe. Having to decide one over the other instead of going 'why not both?' is a healthy change.

  10. July 25, 2017 (Britannian Date) With much going on in both Arabia and through the Empire a few more policies have been introduced to build up the strength for Britannia. The first being a major boost to Britannia's Colony's military budget. The next would be a new treaty effectively ending a brutal stand-off with Mogatopia's troops for the moment ensuring peace for some time. However, this means that Britannia's hopes of full control of Suez without bloodshed has ended, only controlling small portion. However, with a new budget for the Arabian Military, the Britannian military will be beginning their departure of the Colony. While this doesn't mean Britannia will be leaving, it does strike a huge boost to the partnership with Britannia in the Middle East as Arabia now has their own national military. One fully assembled by volunteers, and with that, comes new military hardware and establishes Britannian presence in the Middle East. Arabian Military following their expansion While regarding the newly signed peace treaty. A NAP will disallow Britannia to fight with a bulk of human nations in order to focus on Walpurgis. The beginning of new development to counter Vampires and other Walpurgis militants has begun joining together other countries. While Britannia will attempt to not harm innocent, those who are loyal to Walpurgis will be cut down if deemed a threat. All humans are advised to flee to neighbouring allied countries to ensure their safety.

  11. This is a good update. The infinite fortify to avoid beige for sure was more of an exploit than a strategy, and made no sense. I wouldn't mind it being further weakened since, as demonstrated above, if you always fortify on time, you still can avoid beige.

  12. Oh wow, yet another update to kill Arrgh's gameplay just because incompetent people can't handle us so they cry to "fix" what is not broken. Time to adapt our strategy again. But seriously why not make an update so that other people get nerfed and we get boosted? I mena we sacrificed our growth to play that way, and it was all fair for both sides, and now they get yet another edge over us, just like they did almost every update thus far. I mean, except for econ update which made our loot worth more on market, every other update was either outright bad for Arrgh or bad/neutral for everyone in equal measure (for isntance the update that introduced resistance). Why is it that every time you change shit in this game it is with clear intention to make others have easier time beating us and our playstyle down while we struggle ever so more just to keep our methaphorical and literal ship afloat? Why not reward us isntead, who play the game dilligently and do what we can just to get by? How about you add it so that nation getting deleted surrenedrs in all active wars first? How about reducing the impact army and increasing impact of infra on score? How about nerfing spy assasinations? How about removing pop cap from recruitment? Or any other thing that might benefit us sligtly more than others?

  13. Episode 24: Game Economy Changes Investigation The 24th episode appeared in June 18 2017 as an announcement at the "Orbis Central" section of the forum. It depicts the effects of some new changes in the game mechanics focused on the economy of nations. P.S. Credits @Mutsuo Toi for the design of Purplemoon.

  14. When updeclaring, it's a lot easier to find a target then through downdeclaring. We had entire alliances almost sitting out, and there is no way your side ran out of targets, except through shooting yourselves in the foot with treaty chess. We still had plenty of slots for you to fill, but you just couldn't move those units.

  17. Hey all, just a small but significant update. First, the Military Action Point cost of Fortify has been increased from 3 to 4. This is just a minor tweak to balance the war mechanics and reduce the ability of nations to Fortify endlessly, preventing the war from being ended through conventional means (bringing resistance down to 0.) I hadn't considered the impact this would have on on-going wars, so I will postpone this bit of the update by 3 days. In 3 days, Fortify will cost 4 MAPs, not 3, so plan accordingly. The infrastructure price change has gone into effect already. Second, I've changed the infrastructure price formula slightly so that for 99% of nations, infrastructure will be cheaper. The price decrease is more significant at the lower levels, and at the higher levels is not much of a change at all. The new formula for infrastructure price at a given level is: [((X-10)^2.2) / 710] + 300 Here's a quick spreadsheet screenshot of how this impact changes both the infrastructure price and cumulative price at various levels This change should make both building infrastructure as a new nation and rebuilding infrastructure a little bit easier. In the grand scheme of things, however, I don't think it will be too significant of a change. That's all for now, let me know how much you love/hate this update
