Attention, all people of Orbis-- I announce to you today that I have taken sole power over the Authoritarian State of Ryas. Do not be alarmed by my words, nor fooled by the words of skeptics. The wellbeing and care of the great Ryasian people will always remain my highest priority; this will only make sure of that, and stand against corrupt politicians taking power away from the common people. Now that I am the the Autocrat of Ryas, I am now to be referred to as Chairman Dimitri Valko, instead of “Presidentâ€, so that we are not falsely claimed as a Democracy, like so many other Dictatorial countries before us. I am hopeful that onward will be a great and prosperous era for our state, and I thank you all for taking this time out of your holiday to listen to my important words.
