This interview took place on June 4th, 1997.
[Dimitri Valko] So, this is going to be a series or something? Just of me talking...? -Chuckles- That's going to be quite dull, miss.
[inna Garin] Well, let's start this off, then, shall we? First question-- the government reform, what was that about?
[Dimitri Valko] The people spoke, and we listened. We don't want to be having any terrorism happening here, like what has been happening in Khevin, recently. So... we took away some freedoms in exchange for peace. And I would say that it was a good exchange.
[inna Garin] And the new Military General?
[Dimitri Valko] Ah, yes, I've bestowed upon Andor Kozma, an exceptional soul, at that, the title of General. Now having a wife, commanding the entire military, which consists of over seventy thousand brave men, is just something I cannot do alone.
[inna Garin] And why did you choose him for such an important role in this nation?
[Dimitri Valko] Oh, you can simply tell once you meet him, he's a competent leader, and a natural-born decision maker. Perfectly suited for the job, if I do say so myself.
[inna Garin] Now, onto Khevin. Anything you'd like to say on their behalf?
[Dimitri Valko] No, but I will say this -- I created this new portrait for Vladimir Zhogin, here's a sneak peek!

[inna Garin] Impressive. Any treaties been put into place within the Ryasian government?
[Dimitri Valko] Actually, yes, we indeed have. We enacted a Non-Agression Pact with the Nestingland of Krakke. Negotiations are going well, and we are glad to be making new friends in the political frontier.
[inna Garin] Have any thoughts on President John Brinks of Goand, after his comments on you?
[Dimitri Valko] Oh, I'm sure he's a good fellow, just not the greatest at understanding political moves, if you know what I mean. I wish for good relations with Goand, they're a fine set of people, and the Prime Minister, Pascua, seems to be really nice. Anything else?
[inna Garin] Alright, next question... how is your family life, now that you're married, and the like?
[Dimitri Valko] Oh, it's truly spendid! There's nothing I'd want more than to spend the rest of my life with her.
[inna Garin] Well, that's good. Opinions on Rekishstein's attacks?
[Dimitri Valko] I'm not fully acquainted with the situation, but from what I've heard of it, the attacks are not justified. Again, I am not familiar with the entire circumstance.
[inna Garin] And, last but not least -- The Third Great War.
[Dimitri Valko] Ah, yes. "Oktoberfest". -Chuckles- Well, I'm in support of the Syndicate Bloc, but there certainly seem to be good people on both sides of the conflict. The sooner the war ends, the better this all is for everyone involved.
[inna Garin] Alright, it has been a pleasure talking to you.
[Dimitri Valko] You, as well. I expect that the interviews won't be over anytime soon.
