Consequences of the Silent War

With the loss of the Silent War, the Rose bloc has now more or less dissolved from the once powerful opposing bloc against the Syndisphere. In the wake of the aftermath, there are a few clear victors: the Syndisphere achieved a tactical victory over the opposing Paragon forces.
